I am 18 years old boy, my foot 2 biggest foot nails are dying, the right side is almost in pain and has changed its color to violet and feels like in some time it will be removed. in the other foot nail is partially blackened like 1/4 of it. It gets more serious after i played basketball. maybe its in the shoes, but how can i treat it? should i put my feet in a warm water with a medicine? or any other? please help thanks.

Gosh I hope you don't need them removed-- can't play football or dance! May have been badly bruised running on the court and may lose nails (shoes too tight?), but in case it's fungus, try soaking in a mild warm water and bleach solution several times,

See a podiatrist.
The black is dried blood. It happens (esp in sports like basketball) when you stop suddenly and your foot continued to go forward and hit the end of the shoe. the treatment is to remove the dried blood and that will reduce pain quickly. To stop it happening again, pad out the tongue of the shoe. Use 'lace-locking' lacing technique. See www.walkwithoutpain.com.au Info sheets "loose toenails' for more info.
