Why do British people make fun of American’s for having beautiful teeth?
I have heard people from Britain saying we have “clown” teeth because most Americans like having straight and whitened teeth. Is it because they are jealous or do they just like having crooked, messed up teeth?

i didn’t know they did but then if they do then it is jealousy!! but let me say that not all british have messed up teeth!! some of us pride ourselves in looking after them and have worn braces in the past to straighten.
i guess the bad teeth can be blamed a lot on some smokers as we all know after a while it turns teeth yellow and maybe people over here in uk smoke more than us??
i guess it may be because we can get a lot of things on the nhs but no whitened teeth!!! keep smiling!

I’m british and have perfect teeth…I’ve never heard anyone i know say anything bad about americans teeth, quite the opposite actually! Americans always seem to be ragging on british citizens….the self centredness is what makes british people say things about americans…if they do! IMHO
