Do people in other countries have universal access to better/worse Dental care than those residing in the USA?

Do people in other countries have universal access to better/worse Dental care than those residing in the USA?

I am curious. Do people in other countries have their dental care included in the universal health coverage? How do people in other countries access a dentist? Is it covered by socialized universal state plan? Do they pay out of pocket? Do they purchase separate insurance policy? How do you see a dentist if you live in an industrialized nation that IS NOT the USA.
