my hand and nail care (mainly nails) is non existent.
where do i begin? what should i do daily? weekly?
why should one 'clean out their cuticles'?
Answer by Neyteri lynn
by a nail kit-comes with cuticle cutter, nails cutters and junk...
buy green tea nail polish to help nails grow nicely, and a cuticle oil so they look nice too.
and use vasaline i use cocoa butter kind, its no nice
keeps the hands soft...make sure you always moisturize..so this maybe 3 times a week, until your hands are nice, then once a week
hope this helps

Begin with:
1.)washing your hands and using hand cream. (vitamin E cream is great)
2.)Removing any existent nail polish etc
3.)Filing the nail with a 4 sided nail file is best.
It has a file, buffer, shiner, and a glosser. (and cheap too)
4.)Trim nails if desired but if you have filed them and like the size then keep it that way.
5.)Apply a clear coat to protect nails especially before applying nail polish and repeat after the nail polish is applied. (this is all optional)
Tips:
1.) When a split occurs, file i, dont pull it!
2.) Pushing the cuticles back is necessary.
3.) cleaning cuticles can be done if desired and looks like they need to be done.
4.) Dont bite nailsss.
5.) To maintain hand care, apply hand cream everyday, use gloves for when doing dirty activities etc.
6.) buy a small nail kit if desired. :)
