its prob not a callus its a wart. Try the various wart products available, but its going to be difficult since it extends under the nail.

It may actually be a fungal infection. Show it to your doctor and get treatment for it before you transmit it to others.

Go to a dermatologist. I had a wart on a finger for years, one drop of something and it went away and stayed away.
