3) or does it not matter if they wear nail polish or not as long as their nails are kept in good condition (like not gross or too long or too short)?

I do not care at all what color women paint their nails. Just keep them clean. I don't mind painted nails. Bright colors are fine, but never paint them black. Either plain or anything besides black is fine.

Well for me.. it doesnt really matter as long as its not like a neon green or neon orange color. those are unique colors, but not in my eyes "attractive". it does depend on the guy though. yes nails kept in good condition on girls shows they keep themself clean. ;)

1. Eh....don't really notice that much.
2. If you had black, I'd worry that you were perhaps a vampire ... or something. =8-O
3. The nail polish doesn't really matter. Just keep the nails in good condition.
