What are some cultural issues concerning beauty you are facing where you live?

what is the situation and how you wish it be taken care of?
also, why do you think this situation is popular or if it isn't, why do you think it is being neglected?

please the more you write and tell me from your honest point of view the better!!

for example in some cultures being tall is looked at with great popularity but in others more petite figures are doted on... ideals of beauty are virtually endless which means there is going to be a lot of issues determining who is and who isn't beautiful..
in your culture or more specifically the local area of which you live, what is the social standard of beauty?
also, are these standards being challenged (example, the ban on super skinny models in spain)

well i live in cali and the standard of beauty is blonde, fake tan, big fake boobs, fake nails.
it sucks.
i fit none of those.

hmmm....i live in london and i dont really get what you mean about standars of beauty becoz here people dress and act and look soooo different form eachother that noone would even notice (proberably) if you were walking around with a giant banana on your head (not that ive tried) but i spose its probably either... dark hair and pail skin and hight and thiness or blonde and curvy with big boobies lol i fit the second one i suppose but id rather be the first. oh and its good to be tall here but im only 5"5...interesting q tho :)

Where i live, you have to have long hair, preferably blonde, big boobs, tall, slightly chunky, slightly skinny, like all the latest songs, wear all the good clothes. but im brunette medium hair, skinny, medium heightish and i like random music and wrangler and r.m.williams clothes. nd if my friends find out theyll prolly bag me out for eva. thats y i dont let anyone listen to my mp3 player. cause one of my friends did, n she made fun of it. it made me feel bad. but yeh, hope this helps

the beauty standard of here is for a girl skinny ,small, petite who got a western kinda of face(big eyes, small face, low chick bone,high noes etc) small butt . not too big boobs
and for a man tall who got a muscle ,western kinda face
