I know it's bad if a girl's nails are too short for it or it's chipping, but if her hands are in good condition and she has nail polish on, do you care? Hate it? Love it?

As long as they aren't filthy or ripped off I don't really care. It's nice to see that a girl takes care of them, but I don't really care if they have "Cute designs" or something painted...
