Can I brush my teeth right after eating?
I’ve read that acidic food weakens your enamel, therefore we should wait at least an hour before we brush our teeth after eating acidic food to avoid wearing down the enamel. This led me to wonder, would rinsing with a baking soda-water solution right after eating somehow neutralize the acidic environment in your mouth and make it more suitable for teeth brushing?

Just use mouthwash and floss after eating, you should only brush 2-3 times a day to avoid wearing down enamel.

yeah, but i like to wait a bit because when i do it right after i eat i dont get everything out, and the toothpaste doesnt work well enough to get rid of the taste unless i wait a bit. also, i heard that mouth wash takes off your tooth enamel
