The big massage chairs, and do manicures and pedicures in the chairs.
A nice long hand/foot massage with every treatment.
Expensive, high quality products - I want the polish to last a long time.

My nail place has a really nice blue/aqua theme that makes it feel very beachy, it's peaceful and I like that.
A quiet environment, so you can relax, maybe with some quiet music.
