The best thing for beautiful skin and hair is water! Drink your 8 glasses a day! Make sure you moisturize after you wash your face (one with a SPF in it). After washing your hair (with shampoo and conditioner) do a cold water rinse to close the pores to the hair to prevent damage and to give a nice shine. If you use a blow dryer let your hair air dry first so the heat doesn't stay on the hair for long periods. Get a eye lash curler to give your eyes a nice frame. Heat the curler with the blow dryer on low (touch it to make sure it isn't to hot) and curl the lashes.I prefer chapstick over lipstick. To give me color to the lip (this sounds weird) apply a little blush (rose or pinks are nice) with a eye shadow brush to the lips and then apply the chapstick. It is more or less a tinted chapstick. Make sure you deep condition your hair at least twice a week. Find a glittery lotion and apply that to the chest area for a nice glow. Good Luck!!!

As a teen, your hormones regulate your skin! Drinking juices (avoid concentrated, that's just pure sugar), but also incorporate lots of water in your diet. Water truly is the best detox for your body...and cheap! Having a daily facial cleanser (particularly Neutrogena, the acne wash if this is a problem for you, otherwise, any of their products are great) is a must. Once a week exfoliate, and mud mask, this will keep your skin continually rejuvenated.
Shampoo your hair daily, don't forget a conditioner, for healthy results. I think the natural look is the best look, so, a lip gloss is all you need as far as make up is concerned. Ensure your nails are trimmed and filed, your hands are just as important as your face.
There's nothing wrong with being a tomboy, just take the time to care for yourself in between!

Wash your face and moisturize it as well every morning and night. Luckily, you don't have to pay much at all for face wash and moisturizer because many high-end ingredients are in the cheaper ones. I recommend Clean & Clear and Neutrogena.
Also put lotion on your hands and body. If you don't take care of your skin now, you'll have wrinkly, shriveled skin when you're older.
Brush your teeth in the morning and night. Take a shower every day and use shampoo and conditioner at least every other day, depending on what type of hair you have. Use body wash and shave your legs and armpits. If you have pimples use pimple cream. Or use coverup. Try some makeup.
For eyebrows, if you already have them shaped (waxed) just pluck the stray hairs away from the shape. If you have naturally good eyebrows, then just leave them be.
Good luck!

People have different skin types, so while a product may work for one person, it might not work for a different person. I recommend using a anti-bacterial facial wash twice a day (morning and night) - it should help tackle the spots. However, there are many brands to choice from so you may have to try a few and experiment until you find one which works best for your skin. Have a look in Superdrug and Boots - look at Clearasil, Nivea and Garnier etc...
The best beauty regime is the simplest one, don't harm your skin with tonnes of chemicals. Since you're a tomboy I would suspect you don't wear any or little make-up. If you do make sure you remove ALL of it before going to bed and try to kept it to a minimum and re-apply it throughout the day. Make-up may cover up spots but it can clogs up pores and may cause more in the long term. I would use a light concealer instead.
A beauty regime is something you should follow day and night - brush teeth, wash face, (remove make-up) and apply moisturiser. I recommend Simple Light Hydrating Moisturiser, it's perfume and colour free and is very basis. Moisturising is important because it keeps your skin soft and hydrated.
