I've been using this nail stuff from Sally Hansen its called "Salon Nail Care" Nail Growth Protein and i've worn it for about a day...does this stuff make things worse and when it says "apply every other day" does that mean take my coat off and apply another or apply ontop of the main coat and keep going?

propally snother coat i think that chewing gum distracts u and keeps you busy it worked for me

Dont bite your nails and only trim them if u have to but make sure they are clean and put a clear coat on them that should work

Just apply the new coat over the old coat. If you bite your nail, I'd suggest buying some of the bitter tasting nail polishes to help. If you don't bite, there isn't much you can do besides making sure that you are eating healthy, drinking water, and keep using the nail growth protein. Good luck
