And in warnings it says ‘ if accidentally swallowed get medical help or contact poison control center right away!”
I swallowed maybe like 4 milliliters since i pour 10 milliliters into a cup and once i accidentally swallowed Most of it was there..
Then i felt it go down my throat.
the mouth wash is “ACT total care”

Im over reacting .. When i read the ENTIRE lable before i rinse i was like ok.. then i swallowed by mistake and PANIC and it said to contact …etc..

Man, what are you using for mouthwash? Commercial mouthwash won’t kill you if you ingest a LITTLE of it. Read the label on the bottle. There isn’t a “certain death if swallowed” warning, right? They do warn about young kids using mouthwash because they tend to swallow all of it.
Wait about thirty minutes after using mouthwash before eating or drinking anything. Don’t rinse until after the 30 minutes are up.

I would not panic. 4ml is not very much. If it is an alcohol based mouthwash, which most of them are you don’t have to call a poison control center unless the amount swallowed exceeds the amount used for rinsing. You should be fine!
If you’re still worried drink some water as this will help flush it out of your system quicker.

haha umm, thats not very much at all.
I’m sure you’ll be fine…you might want to look into purchasing some childrens mouthwash though…
