I need some advice on natural nail care I have tried so many nail polishes and
looked at various forms with no luck. Can anyone suggest something to help improve
my nail strength and curve ? I use to bite my nails but have found I like having long nails
So please help supplements or ideas out side acrylic nails are welcome!

Castor oil is the best (natural and had no side effects) like products.
its also great for eyelashes and for hair in general..

i wouldnt use castor oil it doesnt have any strengthening atributes baout it.
i would tae fish oil capsules because you will see changes happen faster from the inside of the body and not form the outside, and some cod liver oil. U can brush ur nails with cod liver aswell and let them soak up the goodness. Nails are made from keratin, what feeds keratin?? well Gelatin does, it makes them grow faster and ur skin softer, also makes the hai grow longer aswell. Go see a naturopath or to a health food shop.

Use nail strengthener brand from Essie, OPI, Nail-tek, Nailtequite - any of those will help with strength but curvature is not something you can quite control. if the nail is not growing out as you'd like it, trim it a little
