yes they do my dad used that rogain and he grew hair not a whole lot but enogh to cover his head

I don't know if you have heard of that Dr OZ that's always on Oprah...but he's a real doctor and said that rogain(spelling) does work, but all it does is stop the balding,it doesn't grow more hair.

Hair transplants do cover baldness by moving good hair from one place on your body to another. Rogaine and similar products fill hair but not cause new hair growth.
