what is a good hair shampoo that will help me hair stop falling out... it does not fall out a lot but it really bugs me and i need a good shampoo for it.

I just switched to Treseme shampoo and conditioner for dry hair and I've noticed less hair falling out. Also, getting a haircute and asking them to thin it out a little bit helps to remove excess hair from falling out later on.

youre supposed to lose a lot of hair a day anyway, so unless its a huge amount then its natural...
but shampoo with a lot of alcohol can make your hair fall out, so avoid those.

Sometimes you just shed if you have really thick hair, are really stressed, or it's just hereditary. But you can fix it if you start using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner (available only in salons), and you should see a big difference in how much hair is falling out and new hair growth. You will have to use this product for about 6 months to begin to see results.
Don't buy any products from a drugstore or retail store because they are filled with a ton of alcohol which will dry out your hair and scalp and cause hair to begin to fall out.

Try mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. It strengthens hair.
Try avacado oil for hair,leave on for 1 hour or more and wash off with shampoo. this remedy strengthens weak hair roots.

It is normal to loose 100-150 hairs a day, everyday. There is nothing you can do or use to stop this. Hair goes through a cycle..it grows, it rests, it sheds, and a new hair grows in its place.

best shampoo is nexus. it like 19 dollars a bottle but its the best.
